Kerryn Angell began writing stories soon after she learned write and has never stopped. Born in Waihi in 1984 she moved with her family to Wellington at the age of 8. She quickly began to absorb everything available on writing, attending the Christchurch School for Young Writers by correspondence and being published in Re-draft, gaining a Diploma in Creative Writing from the New Zealand Institute of Business Studies and becoming addicted to writing related challenges with her introduction to National Novel Writing Month.

Kerryn has worked on several novels and short stories, founded the online writing community Kiwi Writers and become involved with National Novel Editing Month.

Kerryn lives in Manchester with her husband and works as a Business Analyst in the IT industry to help support her writing habit and her travel around Europe.
