Well, things always change but sometimes when something changes without you expecting it to it's more obvious than at other times.

One of the first lessons in Think Sideways is that in every problem is an opportunity. I was pleasantly surprised that this was exactly how I thought about this particular change, almost immediately. It will push me to consider where I want to take some projects, what I want to commit to them and force me to take that step forward that I otherwise wouldn't have taken so soon.

So... watch this space and once again I'm thrilled that I've been a part of Think Sideways.
