The Collection Challenge closed on midnight February 28th and now I have the enviable (I think) task of reading all 13 submissions by the end of March.

We were hoping for more but I'm kind of glad there aren't more because finding time to read this many is going to be a challenge. We want the collection to be full with quality writing and compelling story. Myself and the other two judges are making our own shortlists and will then get together to discuss the stories we don't agree on.

It's exciting to be on this side of the writing fence and though this is partly an experiment I have high hopes.
